This privacy policy explains how the Publisher (hereinafter "we") collects, uses, protects and shares personal data when you use the ATM Here mobile application on iOS. It aims to meet the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and provide clear information to users.
1. Data Collected
We collect and process only the categories of data necessary for the operation of the application:
- Location data (GPS coordinates): temporarily transmitted to our API to determine the nearest ATM. These coordinates are not stored and are not shared with third parties.
- Analytics and technical data: non-nominative information such as device model, iOS version, session duration, screens viewed and aggregated usage metrics.
- Advertising data: advertising identifiers and technical information collected by the advertising network (Google AdMob) to personalize and measure ads.
2. Processing Purposes
The data is processed for the following purposes:
- Provide the main functionality: locating the nearest ATM.
- Ensure proper technical operation and security of the application.
- Analyze usage to improve user experience (Google Analytics, PostHog).
- Display advertisements to fund the service (Google AdMob).
3. Legal Bases
The processing is based on the following legal bases:
- Consent: for access to location and advertising personalization if applicable.
- Legitimate interest: for non-intrusive technical and analytical processing aimed at maintaining and improving the application.
4. Data Retention
- The GPS coordinates transmitted to the API are processed in memory to respond to the request and are not stored on our servers.
- Analytics data is retained by the service providers (Google, PostHog) according to their retention policies. We do not nominatively identify users through these tools.
- No nominative personal data is stored by the Publisher outside of what is explicitly stated in this policy.
5. Sharing and Subcontracting
To provide the services described, we use the following service providers:
- Google LLC: AdMob services (advertising) and Google Analytics for Firebase (analytics).
- PostHog: product and behavioral analytics.
These service providers act as subcontractors and process data in accordance with their policies and GDPR requirements. Outside of these providers, we do not share your GPS coordinates and we do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss, unauthorized access or disclosure. Our APIs use secure communications (HTTPS) and appropriate access controls. The mentioned service providers also have security measures compliant with industry standards.
7. Your Rights
In accordance with GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: obtain confirmation and a copy of the personal data we process about you.
- Right of rectification: request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): subject to legal obligations.
- Right to restriction and objection: object to or limit certain processing.
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal).

8. Minors
